Pippa Sorley has been a leading environmental photographer for 30 years. Her work has taken her to Southeast Asia, Indonesia, Australia, Nepal, India, Central America, North Africa, and across Europe.

Born in England and raised in the United States and Canada, Pippa loves landscape  and the way it cultivates our perspective of the natural world. Her camera is a tool for honoring beauty, complexity, and truth—capturing the world with reverence and quiet observation. Her photography reflects the same values that guide her career: sustainability, curiosity, and a deep appreciation for natural harmony.

Alongside her photography, Pippa was the Operations Director for Earth Guardians, cofounded eConscious Market, the director of Mindful Market for Elephant Journal, and an in-house photographer for Peggy Markel’s Culinary Adventures. 

She is a creative whose work weaves together a lifelong commitment to sustainability, a talent for storytelling, and a love of the journey—both literal and metaphorical.
